Could not fault the service
It’s the first time I have visited since I left another practice before COVID. I noticed a piece of my filling missing so popped into the practice. I was fitted in within 45 minutes to a spare appointment gap for a checkup, but the dentist also carried out the repair at the same time. Could not fault the service on this occasion at least!

Really happy with my treatment
I arrived nearly twenty minutes late after mistaking the time of my appointment. I was seen almost straight away and my check up went ahead. My dentist was a really helpful young man who took his time to explain to me that my partial dentures couldn't really be replaced as the shape of my mouth wouldn't be improved by spending more money. Really happy with my treatment.

I felt well looked after

Very calming
This is the first time I attended the surgery, upon first impressions, the practice is bright, clean and very calming.
The reception area was spacious, the receptionists were very helpful and professional. They explained everything I needed to know calmly and efficiently.
The dentist (Mark) and clinical nurse were friendly and polite, Mark explained everything as he was going along and the outcome of the treatment needed, also had to do an X-ray. All done very calmly and efficiently. Honestly I can’t fault anything or see any improvements needed. Well done to everyone concerned.

Very impressed
This was my first appointment in Smart Smiles after being with my previous dentist for over 40 years and I was very impressed, everything was modern with a state-of-the-art x-ray machine. As soon as I arrived everyone was very friendly and professional and my new dentist was lovely and explained everything in detail to me regarding future appointments and the costs involved.

Staff were extremely helpful, managed to get an appointment within a week.
Had been having trouble, had a tooth taken out and was made another appointment with in a week to have a full exam and make a treatment plan.
Would highly recommend them.

Tooth extracted
Jack explained why the tooth was better to be removed due to an underlying abscess. Showed me the X-ray and asked was I happy with his decision. Tooth removal painless and given instructions on after care. Excellent.
