The practice is very clean and open. Staff all appeared to be lovely. Both the dentist and hygienist took their time getting to know me and any issues I had been experiencing with my teeth.

Excellent service
Recently took my 2 children and myself for a check-up. Jack the dentist was very friendly, professional, patient and great with the kids. I had to go back for a filling which was done by Chalis and she was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff seem great, always big smiles and friendly to everyone. The practice itself is lovely, very modern, clean, bright and spacious.

Definitely recommend this practice
I would like to say how friendly and respectful all staff at this new dental practice are. From the staff at reception to the dental practitioners, hygienist and nurses, I was treated promptly and with respect. I had a filling which I was dreading but believe me I never felt a thing and she told me everything she was about to do, followed by a visit to the hygienist which needless to say was also brilliant. Definitely recommend this practice.

The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing seems too much trouble for them. The dentist and dental nurse put me at ease. They answered all my questions about the care of my dentures. I, like a lot of people, have a fear of going to the dentist but even though I was nervous of going, you all made me feel quite at ease! The best dentist I have ever encountered
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Smart Smiles. The receptionists are friendly and offer a warm greeting. The dentist Rob was reassuring and efficient and explained what he was doing as he treated me. Certainly, the best dentist I have ever encountered. The whole experience was quite different to what I had previously experienced at a dentist.
