Refusing to go to anyone else! Absolute class service. Overall outstanding experience. It’s never fun going to the dentist, and I’ve personally always been a bit anxious/fearful about going but after I found this place I’m no longer anxious or fearful. Not once have I experienced any discomfort or unpleasantries a this practise, even having my tooth extracted, and that says a lot!
Would highly recommend!

I had a 4 month invisalign treatment with Dr Patel and nurse Izabela, both were very professional and personable and provided great care /aftercare. I am very happy with my results and I would reccomend ImproveYourSmile to anyone looking into costmetic dentistry.

My Mum and I both had appointments at Improve Your Smile today and I can honestly say they were absolutely fantastic. From the friendly and very helpful receptionists to Mr Malik and his Team, everyone was just so lovely and the service was second to none. Mr Malik put us at ease right away and made us feel very comfortable. He has a world of patience (and a great sense of humour) and took the time to explain everything he was doing as he went along (as did Stephanie during my hygienist appointment). They could not have been more caring especially with my Mum. I was also blown away by their state of the art equipment and their hygiene procedures. Considering no one really enjoys going to the dentist, it was a really good experience!

As someone who previously would cry in the waiting room of dentists due to being so petrified and having to be sedated for any treatment, I can say wholeheartedly that I have never felt more at ease and comfortable than I have in the dentist chair here.
I trust everyone at Woodford House implicitly and can only say that myself and my family have had nothing short of exceptional treatment and care here (also nervous patients!)
Dr Malik and his nurse Ausra have the most reassuring and kind manner along with the highest of dental care.
And well during COVID the practice is quite literally the cleanest, safest environment, with all the team being their usual friendly faces behind the PPE and the air purification system being a great addition.
Would happily recommend any family or friends to Improve Your Smile!

5 Stars for Dr. Hemini Patel ! Her calming and friendly manner put me at ease and was matched by excellent dental work.
Furthermore the dental clinic has very welcoming staff and a tastefully decorated reception area which made the overall experience positively different to other clinics I visited before.

I went to this practice on a recommendation from a friend to have implants done. I was quite nervous as I had previously had a bad experience with an implant at a different practice but Dr Malik and his nurse Ausra couldnt have been more reassuring. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and have full confidence in the procedure. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend the practice.

IYS came to the rescue at midnight when I thought my son had lost an adult tooth following a biking accident. They calmed me down, booked me straight in for first thing the next morning and even though I had made a total fail (it was a baby tooth!) they still checked him over and made me and him feel like so looked after from start to finish. We have since gone on to use them again for something else, despite us not being local. Highly recommend this fantastic team.

I had an initial virtual consultation and then saw Dr Hemini Patel who explained everything to me really clearly. She was very professional and honest and gave me really sound advice. The practice has an air purification filter which I felt offered extra protection in addition to the PPE the dental team are wearing. I would definitely recommend this practice as they have clearly got their act together in terms of safety and the dentist and her nurse were lovely!
