Great experience

I attended my hygienist appointment yesterday with Misha and as always the experience was great. Misha knows that I am a nervous patient and always takes the time to reassure me.
I am kept informed throughout my procedure and given advice as to how I can improve my dental hygiene.
I would not even consider visiting another hygienist.

They always put me at ease

I'm very happy with Improve Your Smile clinic. Everyone, from the reception, to dentist to the hygienist are super friendly, respectful, helpful, all while being professional.

As someone who suffers from anxiety issues, they always put me at ease and are always very kind with me too. And to be honest, this place deserves more than 5 stars

Absolutely brilliant

I had an excellent experience with my dental treatment, thanks to Dr Sarah Morgan and Misha. Both were absolutely brilliant and made me feel completely at ease from the beginning. At my first appointment in December 2025, Sarah thoroughly explained my dental plan. She carried out a very detailed examination, including multiple scans and x-rays, and clearly outlined how long the treatment would take. I really appreciate how she took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, including the importance of seeing the hygienist. Misha is honestly the first hygienist who has properly shown me how to brush and floss my teeth effectively. Her guidance has made a real difference to my daily routine. Overall a very professional, reassuring, and supportive experience. I highly recommend them.
