I have been with this practice for many years and they have always been brilliant throughout. They are professional in every way. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The dentists themselves. Mr Malik, Spencer Richman, Jessica Gaviria Arango are exceptional. The dental nurses and assistants always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Explain everything that is required and make you feel anxious free and reassure you throughout. The work they carry out it excellent. They also accommodate you if you need to rearrange and do their absolute best to fit you in for urgent appointments. I would highly recommend them.

My Dentist Tanisha was so detailed and most importantly gentle. I am usually scared and get anxiety seeing my Dentist. I felt comfortable and was informed of what to look out for. My Hygienist Misha was also lovely. She was also gentle and made me feel re-assured. I would definitely recommend Improve Your Smile, Woodford

Visited today for the first time - I’ve always used a different dental practice in Woodford. So very glad I found this one and had my appointment today with Dr Spencer Richman. It was exceptional from the first call I made to make the appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was extremely nervous - never ever having had even a filling before or had any serious dental work done. Dr Richman was very patient and his calm manner immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. I barely felt the needle go in and really felt the procedure could not have been done by anyone better. I am hopeful recovery is as simple.

I had a recent hygienist appointment with Stephanie. She was extremely professional and friendly. She ensured I was comfortable throughout, talked me through the treatment and put me at ease. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. The environment is extremely clean and safe for customers. Highly recommended.

A wonderful service provided by lovely people, Dr Hina was really supportive and gentle as she took me through my consultation and all of the stages of extractions that I needed. All the staff are exceptionally kind and made me feel safe and comfortable going through my procedures.. Friendly service and excellent professionalism on the part of everyone involved.

I recently booked my 87 year old mother in to see Dr Malik as her own dentist had retired and I have to say the care she received was impeccable. From the booking which Mrs Malik carefully organised so that my mother could see both Dr Malik and Stephanie, the dental hygienist, the same morning one after another, to the actual treatment. We know from personal experience that Dr Malik is excellent at dealing with nervous patients and his reassuring and gentle manner really put my mother at her ease. Similarly, Stephanie was very gentle cleaning my mother’s teeth and explaining to her what was happening at every step of the procedure. I can’t praise Dr Malik and his team highly enough – we are very lucky to have such dedicated professionals practising locally.

I Recently had an implant fitted and I am really pleased with my results. . I can’t thank Dr Malik and his team enough in the way that I was taken care of, the details and advice of my treatment was very thorough. In my initial visit I was a bag of nerves, Dr Malik recognised this and was able to put me at ease.

I liked the fact that I was briefed every step of my treatment and that my concerns were acknowledged and addressed. Dr Malik and his team work really well together and most of all understood me as a patient. They go the extra mile with their care and consideration.

I highly recommend Dr Malik and his team and a big thank you to all the staff for their friendliness and professionalism.

In my childhood I had some horrible experiences at the ‘dentist’.
And not just one.
As I moved into adulthood I just stopped attending regular check ups and tried to look after my ‘dental health’ myself.
The only time I ever had to seek a ‘new’ practice was when I may be in a bit of discomfort or pain which I knew wasn’t going to go away.
A couple of years ago I cracked a tooth but the pain came some time later.
Through networking (& other people’s testimonials) and not the words of the practice themselves, I discovered lots of good things were being said about ‘Improve Your Smile’.
I rang first to explain I’d be a very ‘anxious new patient’ but the staff explained how they would look after me & that they did.
I’ve been a very content patient ever since.
I’ve had plenty of visits since & everyone is great from the receptionists, to the dentists & the hygienists.
It has dispelled my fear of dentists & my teeth & gums are in a much healthier state than ever before.
I personally can highly recommend ‘Improve Your Smile’

I have just recently had my composite bonding and teeth whitening completed at the practice and I cannot speak more highly of the service I received and how respectful and professional the staff were. In particular, Mrs Hina and Victoria were outstanding from the consultation right through to my procedure. My results are exactly how I envisaged them and I cannot thank Mrs Hina and everyone for making such a positive change to my smile and confidence.
