I recently had a few appointments here and I’m very happy with the results.
Dr Sapna was very understanding and took the time to listen, she then presented a plan and carefully went through this with me.
During my treatment, over a few weeks, Dr Sapna checked on me throughout and was very reassuring.
The final results are way above what I was expecting. Dr Sapna has given me back the confidence to smile again, without covering my mouth with my hand, for the first time in 20 years.
Reception staff and dental assistants are welcoming and caring.
Excellent and highly professional dental practice.

I recently chipped a front tooth while on holiday. On return, I was able to get an appointment with Jordan Dimmock within a week at which he fully repaired the tooth, with an amazing colour match. I couldn't have been more delighted to get the problem dealt with so quickly and with so little inconvenience.

I saw Ella for a very big filling, she really is amazing, I feel she takes her time and explains what she’s doing to really put you at ease. Her work is perfection and she explained I might feel some discomfort after for a couple of days .. I have felt no pain at all . She really is a total gem . Very Kind, and highly professional .

I have been with Woodford Dental care for decades. I can’t rate them high enough. For example, yesterday a cap came off a tooth at 7pm. I called at 7.05pm. The lady who took my call can only be described as a goddess. She got me in at 7.30pm. I got the perfect service, care, no pain and all fixed before 8pm. Beat that! I was also in earlier so special mention to Dr Ella.

I really like this clinic. All the staff provide excellent service. I go there with confidence, Dr. Jordan is helpful and professional in his examination and treatment. I am only a little disappointed in the hygienist, the price is too high, there is a lot of talking and surveys for each visit, it is not clear why if asked previously and information is on the computer.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the hygienist visit.
To monitor gum disease and progression, the hygienist takes baseline measurements of your gums and at each visit they will revisit these, which gives them an indication of whether gum disease is stabilising or progressing. If the measurements indicate that gum disease is still present, the hygienist will give the patient more oral hygiene advice, as the cleaning that the patient does at home is the most important factor in managing gum disease. I had a number of teeth extractions and new dentures created over a number of months in consultation with Dr Ella Levine. I was very impressed with the service I received throughout the process. At all times Dr Levine was understanding, patient and sympathetic. I was put at ease, even through some uncomfortable moments in the journey. No part of the process was rushed and I had the opportunity to recuperate between the many sessions.
Everyone I met at Woodford Dental Care was friendly and co-operative including the Receptionists and Dental Assistants.
