Highly recommend Ella, dentist at Woodford dental care, she's been amazing with all my children, especially with my eldest who suffers with anxiety and is especially nervous, she is empathetic, compassionate, is highly adapt at keeping them at ease, constantly reassures them. She's very kind hearted the way she speaks to them is very reassuring and enables them to feel safe in her hands. she is just lovely. Even with myself, I had a filling which was quite sensitive she constantly made sure I was OK, she was going to stop but there's noway I would have come back so we compromised and she continued with short bursts. She did a fantastic job trust her completely and my children refuse to see anyone but Ella. Everyone i have encountered at the dental practice from the staff in reception to the assistant dental nurses have been extremely polite, helpful and reassuring. I take my two year old and they are very accommodating and don't make you feel bad for him running around they are really nice to him, highly recommend this practice.

Amazing service, I've had several treatments, from fillings to removals and a root canal. All were dealt with impeccably by Ella and her team, the work has been of excellent quality, no waiting either always on time. The reception are always welcoming and helpful. Definitely the best dental practice I've been to. I'd certainly recommend.

The thought of an extraction was worrying, The dentist explained all procedures & whilst it was painful, she paused checked all was well & after an extra injection, the infected
tooth was out.
A few minutes recovery time was helpful.
Now need to wait for the gums to settle
as the dental plate moves too easily -
so a visit in a month or two.
Thank you, the recovery is slow & steady.

It is straightforward to provide great service when everything is going right. Service can get more difficult when problems occur. I experienced an issue with some work done last year but can say that the treatment I received to correct the fault was excellent in both speed and quality. I'm very happy.
