Lovely staff and excellent service, especially Sapna my dentist and Emma my hygienist who are very attentive, thorough and professional..
However, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the reception staff. Each time I complete treatment I have to ask, at least 2-3 times for them to send me a receipt via email, before they do so. This week I have asked twice for a receipt for treatment I had this Thursday and I still haven’t received it!

Lovely receptionists. Serena Mayor gave me a check up and had to have 3 fillings but it was all fine. I could not believe how easy it was to sign up for NHS treatment after paying for Private dentistry for over 30 years as my dentist has now retired. As retired myself now I am grateful I can save a bit of money! Serena is very kind and gentle and explained everything before the fillings (it's been a long time since I have had a filling).

Samira, the Hygenist is fantastic. I’ve been seeing her since 2015 and she’s helped get my gums back to a healthy condition. Before visiting Samira, I thought I knew how to look after my teeth/gums- I really didn’t. Samira goes above and beyond and she genuinely cares about the health of my gums and teeth. She provides a thorough clean and she is extremely knowledgeable on teeth and gum health and every visit I learn something new.

my hygienist appointment went fine great. I thought the hygienist patricia is friendly and very patience during my appointment . she always make sure or check that Im ok during my hygienist appointment . she even typed on her mobile what she want to say to me because sometimes I could not understand her . I am deaf and rely on hear lipreading I wear hearing aid. by the way she explained the importance of using floss tepe both red and pink interdental brushes and also to brush my teeth twice a day. I though it is very nice modern style in dentist woodford dental care. sometime I look anxiety about any appointments . my teeth felt very clean after my hygienist appointment . Im very satisfied 😊
