My Dad saw Sapna Sindha today for an extraction. He is 84 and has limited mobility. She was brilliant from start to finish. She managed his pain, completed a really tricky job and everything was explained so clearly at every step. She made him feel very comfortable and the way she spoke to him took away any anxiety. I came to the clinic for my first ever hygienist appointment. I was super nervous as I’ve heard cleanings can be painful, but Najma Hersi was so great and friendly. I experienced no pain, and she checked in with me throughout the appointment to see if I was doing okay. I asked one billion questions and she answered all of them, teaching me how to brush and floss properly and recommending specific picks for my teeth. Even sent me home with some samples! I’d recommend Najma and Woodford Dental Care to anyone worried about their first cleaning :)

I was so nervous after not having a good experience a few months ago but I needn’t have worried. Tanzeela and Sheila put me at ease the moment I walked in. Tanzeela was absolutely amazing, understood my nervousness and was really kind and gentle, explaining everything she was doing. I walked out laughing, smiling, not in pain and with nice clean teeth. She really made my day! One thing for sure, I will not be having anyone else except Tanzeela cleaning my teeth and it would be perfect if Sheila was assisting as she was just as kind, understanding and made the whole experience fun as we did have a laugh which is strange to say (visiting the dentist) but true. Thank you so much Tanzeela and Sheila, I won’t be scared for my next visit, I will actually look forward to it!
