Empathic and calm expertise
A massive thank you to Rauri ( implant specialist and outstanding dental surgeon)and Jess the compassionate and kind dental nurse.
A very anxious patient today, but their empathic and calm expertise so put me in a calmer mood.
Pain management precise ( no pain, no sedation either). Just reassurance and gentle manner.
Tooth extractions and first stage implants in place. I’m so extremely grateful for every part of my experience.
Home now resting and a very happy lady.
If you are thinking of implants Rauri is your man.

Politeness of staff all the way through to Charlie and Rob. Clear explanation and personalised treatment make the experience far less stressful than it might be. I may have to charge Rob for the cabaret though!
