Never fails to brighten my day
As usual, all the staff were smiling and chirpy on arrival. Michelle the hygienist as always was her usual charming, friendly self. Never fails to brighten my day. (She has a natural humour that I don't think she realises). Don't lose her.

Dentist was great
The dentist was great as were the dental nurse and the receptionists. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable, They were very busy so my appointment was delayed but they tried to phone me beforehand to let me know. The only thing I could suggest would be to print the post-op advice on a leaflet as there was quite a bit to remember. Otherwise, as best an experience for a dental extraction as anyone could hope for. Thank you all.
