Select Dental & Denture
Treatment: Staff friendly and helpful as always. Scaling and polishing carried out with expertise, full explanation and little discomfort. Overall experience: relaxing as far as any dental procedure can be.
New building: One of the toilet door locks was stiff ( difficult to open with arthritis) and the receptionist said they would look into it. The step by the entrance was well highlighted coming in, but I nearly missed it going out on my first visit and did miss it on my second, stepping down heavily, but fortunately not falling over. No damage done, but maybe a handrail would make it easier both to spot and also to help people with mobility issues to negotiate it more safely.

Thank you for bringing the stiff door lock to our attention, I will make sure this is looked into. I am sorry to hear that you missed the step on your way out of the practice. We do have a step free entrance and exit on Tower Street to the left of the main entrance, on your next visit please ring the bell at this entrance and one of hosts will come to let you in and this can be used to exit as well. No treatment required!
I had set aside a day to spend in Exmouth, for an impression in the morning and 4 hours later to check the fitting and receive my amended denture. But in the event I was advised as there is currently no problem with the fit, we should postpone any alterations. This left me with freedom to spend the day without time limit!

My appointment with Rob was as usual professional but at the same time enjoyable. He is a very knowledgeable man and his guidance in the future of my treatment was second to none. Thank you for once again being kind, considerate and reassuring.
