I and my wife,Elisabeth, joined your practice two years ago after our long-standing dentist, Dr Mike Roberts retired. We have always felt that a trusting relationship with one’s dentist is, from a health perspective, probably the most important one, so at our advancing age a change can be quite worrying! However, on being accepted onto your patient list we were soon put at ease by your calm, friendly and highly professional approach to assessing the need for remedial work. We appreciated the way you discussed with us what was necessary and made clear that you aim for conservation of existing teeth wherever possible.      The dental work you have undertaken on us, including root canal and two bridges, has been exemplary and done much to maintain our individual self-esteem. The skilful way you work instils great confidence in the patient and I like the informal chat beforehand, which puts one at ease. The atmosphere in your surgery is one of calm. Furthermore, you never seemed hurried and take great care to produce the best possible result. I would not hesitate to say to anyone that they can safely put their trust in you.                              We believe that our monthly Denplan contract is a very good investment for all the good work you and your staff have done so far to maintain our dental health, and we are very pleased with the outcomes.                                                                                                        Many thanks Robert

After years of having to deal with poor quality dentists, it is a joy to be looked after by Dr Sadie Robinson. She is an excellent professional and her level of service and care is the best I have experienced 

Sadie always has a talk before starting, going through any problems. I find this very helpful. She is very gentle and exceptionally thorough. She is the best dentist I have ever had and I feel my teeth are well looked after.

After an unfortunate period of acute toothache Sadie and Erin were able to see me often quickly and many times at short notice. They were able to save the tooth and the pain has subsided.

Mrs Robinson could not have been more gentle and caring. I did not feel the tooth coming out or the injections, also explained after care and gave me a leaflet explaining after care. 100 percent happy with my experience today.

My mother who has Alzheimers and is 87 needed lots of dental treatment. The dentist and her assistant were very pleasant whilst carefully treating my mother who is not an easy person and deaf as well. She had at least 15 fillings, one very large and a tooth extraction. The dentist was very careful not to let my mother see the syringe and explained to her how it may hurt, sting.
