I turned up on time for my dental appointment and then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes. The check up and the dental team are great, however, it is being kept waiting with no apology that really aggravates me.
Also the hygienist phoned in sick. I totally understand that people do get sick but if that had been me phoning in at the last minute, I would have been charged. Do I get any form of compensation for being messed around?

Dental Hygiene review
The dental hygenist was kind and worked steadily at my pace as I do tend to hold my breath when I am being treated in my mouth. I had a deep seated fear of the dentist when I was young and try hard to overcome anticipation of the pain. She had to remove some plaque but was gentle and took many breaks so that I could breathe.
