Attended today for 6mnth check up and hygienist. Greeted by friendly reception staff. James was friendly, thorough and professional. Had new hygienist this visit, Anna. She was very pleasant, professional and patient with me. Both appointments were timely.

Wisdom tooth extraction
Today’s extraction went very smoothly. As an elder customer with an underlying medical condition (anti coagulant). I was reassured by the nurse with the procedure explained to me constantly by the dentist. The literature handed to me afterwards was very concise and explained the effects and after care needed. I would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Contracted early Sat morning 17th June
Awake with toothache nearly all night.
Appointment was provided immediately and with Martyn my own dentist.
He performed a check up and said that my back tooth really needed to come out
As discussed prior. He offered me penicillin for 5 days which I gladly accepted.

Check up, Xray, hygienist
Claire is always welcoming and explains things clearly. She explained my soft gum issue and the different kind of cleaning I need to do there. We looked at my X-rays and I have some gingivitis now - She explained bleeding gums. Emma also helped with how I can clean better these recent problems by using my electric toothbrush at an angle, being more vigilant around the gingivitis areas. I have bought another water flosser too in case that helps. I do not have a google account so cannot do a recommendation for public use.

I've now had a couple of visits to VIDA Dentistry and I can honestly say I've never been to a dentist quite like it. Both Summer today, and James previously, were really welcoming and friendly. They've done an amazing job, and what I've particularly liked is how willing they are to explain the process in detail as they go along. There's no pain, but if there was, they regularly check in and treatment can be stopped at any time. Compared to my previous dentist, who was incredibly negative and made me dread visiting, VIDA Dentistry are so positive and reassuring, that's very much their USP. I will definitely recommend to everyone that I know.

Very professional. Totally painless extraction.
I visited Vida having had a very poor experience at another dentist. I booked an emergency appointment for problems with a wisdom tooth. Following investigation my treatment choices were explained very clearly and professionally by James. I opted to have the wisdom tooth extracted and this was completed quickly and totally painlessly. I cannot recommend Vida and James in particular highly enough.
