Appointment with the hygienist
My appointment was a normal routine appointment with the hygenist, but Nida noticed, after I had the X ray that there was a very small cavity between a filling and tooth. Although I had not experienced any discomfort from it at all, she offered to repair it for me as it was only a minor procedure. I was very impressed with the professional way that she dealt with it

Regular 6 monthly dental check
I have my regular checks with Clare. As soon as I arrived at the practice I was warmly greeted by the lovely Louise on reception. I waited a short time in the waiting room and was met by Clare’s dental nurse and was taken to the treatment room. Claire is so welcoming and she makes me feel so relaxed prior to my examination. She related to my previous checkup and to a problem we discussed on that occasion. I explained that I had been aware of some discomfort when using dental tape in the affected area but when I used a Tepee there was no problem. Clare carried out her examination which included an X-ray and advised me there was nothing to suggest anything untoward at this stage but she will continue to monitor the situation. I was in full agreement with her advice. I have been seen by Clare since the retirement of John MacInnerney and have found her to be so professional in all respects. Thank you Clare. I would like to add that the staff always appear to be so cheerful which makes for such a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

I'm yet to have any work done here, but I've just had my new patient assessment and everything went smoothly. Friendly staff on the desk and Konstantinos was very informative and helpful. Nice location, too. Car parks outside practice, or park on High Street for one hour, or Bath Lane for any length of time.

Tooth Extraction - nervous patient.
I went in for a tooth extraction today, and as a very nervous patient I was really anxious and worried when I arrived. However all the staff were so lovely and understanding from the moment I arrived, and made me feel safe and secure in having the necessary treatment done. The dentist was really understanding and didn't rush me, was very gentle during the procedure, and explained everything thoroughly giving me a chance to stop when I needed to, due to my anxiety. The nurse assisting was so lovely, really reassuring, kind and held my hand all the way through which I really appreciated. Everyone was so understanding and kind, and it made all the difference to my treatment as I was in such a panic when I arrived. Thank you so so much.

I cannot rate Vida Dentistry highly enough. Having not been registered with a dentist and requiring an emergency tooth extraction, I called Vida and was given a next day appointment. As this was my first extraction I was a little anxious but was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Care was taken to ensure the extraction was as painless as possible. Every step was explained clearly throughout. All members of staff I spoke to from reception, dental assistant and dentist (Kostas) they were all lovely and friendly. Great service! Thank you all again.

Welcoming, atmosphere was quiet, gentle and a happy place to work. I found it quite relaxing. All the staff have a smile on their faces and acknowledged you. Nothing was too much trouble and their explanation of a question was in depth and you did not feel that they were in a rush.

Hygienist Appointment
A brilliant appointment with Vaida this week. She is so professional, gentle and thorough. I had a complete tooth hygiene assessment, a sonic clean and a few small areas cleaned by hand, then a polish. The dental nurse working with her was excellent too.
