My appointment with the hygienist was handled with professionalism but was also a relaxed one. The hygienist was gentle but thorough. Very good at communicating and demonstrating how I can maintain healthy gums. Cannot speak more highly.

Like many I’m not a fan of visiting the dentist driven by a bad experience in my teens but meeting Emma and her colleague today they were just lovely, I was put at ease very quickly talking through what was going to be done and top tips on future cleaning. As a very nervous patient with many bad experiences in the past I was extremely nervous about restarting my dental journey, but I can honestly say my experience at VIDA has been exceptional. From the first consultation with James right through to today's session with Summer the hygienist, it's been a very good experience and I don't say that lightly! My concerns have been listened to and I was never made to feel silly for being so anxious I was offered sedation and anaesthetic and I felt like I was cared for every step. The results so far are great and the work continues and I'm confident that for the first time in my life I may well end up with a confident smile. I highly recommend the team at VIDA especially if you're someone that feels a bit anxious and hasn't managed to see a dentist for a while.
