Claire my dentist always does a thorough check up and keeps me informed regarding any required treatment and advises me in detail how to look after my dental health.

Attended for a six month review and Hygeinist visit.
Both went well with no issues.

James had to take out a tooth before my new denture went in and I didn’t feel a thing, he was very gentle.

Have been visiting this practice for a few months and have nothing but praise for the staff that work there.

The side of one of my teeth broke away at the weekend. I phoned Vida mid morning Monday and was offered a choice of two emergency appointments the same day. The treatment was explained to me and completed in a professional and caring manner. As the tooth had a large old filling the option of further treatment was discussed in detail. It was made clear that the choice for additional work was my decision and a quote for the work was given.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

11.1.2025 This is a quick note to say, I have just had a front tooth root canal procedure carried out by Bryony. The whole procedure was absolutely painless even the two injections one in my gum and one in the roof of my mouth were done with care so that even these were painless. The procedure took just over an hour and a half to complete. During this time Bryony kept checking I was ok and took xrays as she went to make sure that the canal had been found and had been filled to her satisfaction.

I am an anxious patient but after this procedure I wont be any more. My tooth that was dead and infected is now free of infection and should be good enough to last for several years without me having to have the tooth pulled out and a false tooth put in place.

Who knew going to the dentist could be such a lovely experience. Everyone is always so kind, helpful and informative .

Love the friendly and relaxed atmosphere while all staff are very professional and kind. I am one of those nervy patients who are scared of any dentist but Vida manages my needs perfectly. Thank you Team, Marcin in particular, for your patience.

3 weeks later 29th Jan as planned,the next stage is complete. Amazing kind staff and again couldn't be happier with this Dental surgery. Thank you again Vida.
So as advised I went in for my composite fillings on 6 bottom teeth. Dates were flexible... admin was spot on and yet again the best care I have ever experienced. Lovely reminder phone calls by lovely staff...what more do you need! James Pugh and his dental assistant were nothing short of brilliant. So so caring, fantastic communications and the end result today couldn't make me happier! I will see this amazing team again in 60 days so will follow up with the journey. Thank you again. A very happy man!
18th June and bang on schedule with impressions done today for my top and bottom plate. Such nice people and I'm convinced you couldn't get better treatment! As long as they are open I shall be going there! Again super happy and highly recommended.
Well today see's the end of my 6 month journey and I feel amazing. What a team they have at Vida, kind caring and honestly the best dentistry I have ever experienced. Thank you one and all and see you next year for my check up and hygienist appointment.

As always I was treated with kindness, sensitivity and professionalism by all the staff at Vida. The atmosphere is relaxing and would make the most nervous of patients feel at ease.
