Efficient and painless
A very friendly practice from reception to dentist. Being of “a certain age”, I remember dentists of decades ago. It is no longer like it was - the only discomfort is to keep one’s mouth open for so long. The dentist is delightful and tells you what he is doing which puts one at ease.

Replacement veneers
I was a new patient having lost 2 veneers on holiday and James went to a lot of trouble to resolve this. When the veneers were not quite the right shade he sent them back to the lab and reapplied temporaries. Eventually today I had the permanent ones fitted and am pleased with them so will be continuing to use VIda. Thank you James. the whole team is really helpful. I could not make one appointment so they changed this at short notice. They are unfailingly pleasant and polite.

Attended 6 monthly check-up with dentist. Good communication with myself as patient. Discussed any relevant issues in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. In this regard, all very satisfactory as per normal. Very happy with the service provided.
