A happy patient
I needed emergency appointment on a Saturday as my front crown had fallen off. I was fitted in and saw a lady dentist that specialises in root canal. She was lovely and did a great job of re fixing it and was so grateful that she fitted me in. A happy patient.

Accommodating and friendly
I've had a few emergency appointments recently for a broken tooth and temporary crown coming away while waiting on the permanent one to be made. Vida are so accommodating and friendly and can always fit me in. All my treatment options were clearly explained and treatment has always been efficient and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely first class
My treatment at Vida with the new dentist was absolutely first class. Very worried that I needed an extraction but Astrid and Jordon were wonderful. They explained everything about the procedure step by step. Not once did I feel any pain and they were both supportive and sympathetic.
I was called the next day, to see how I was.

Explained everything in detail
Would like to thank all the Staff, from Stacey & the team who made me feel welcome, they we're very friendly and all had smiles, which made me feel at ease from the start. Also a big thank you to James, my Dentist who made me feel at ease as soon as I met him, he explained everything in detail from my x-ray to the treatment I would receive, I'm not terrified of dentists, but I'm a little nervous and anxious, so I was extremely grateful for his advice and help in making me feel comfortable with my treatment going forward. Thank you to all at Vida.

I can’t thank James enough for the care and compassion he put into correcting my teeth following a road traffic accident. He was kind, genuinely caring and took the time to clearly explain how he could improve my teeth in the best way possible.
He has restored a confidence I lost for a long time after having composite bonding done elsewhere that never felt quite right.
James is the best dentist I have ever been to ,highly skilled, gentle, and incredibly attentive. I felt completely at ease in his care and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you 🤍
