As a nervous patient it took some time to find a good reputable practice that was also not costing extortionate fees.
After joining the practice I did not have to wait long for an appointment with James. He listened to my concerns and spent time going through my x-rays answering all my questions, at no time did I feel rushed.
Both nurse and receptionist was welcoming and very friendly.
Really pleased with this No 1 find.

I’m a generally nervous patient and all staff make for a relaxing atmosphere. Appointment on time.
Excellent advice from Nida on having improvement to front teeth ( long overdue). Now have a positive way forward and feeling optimistic for my future treatment.

As always, treated by Claire and her dental nurse. Extremely caring, gentle and reassuring. Worked on replacing 3 very old deep cracked molar fillings. Claire couldn’t have been more gentle and patient with me.

Various Treatments
Having been a long time customer to the practice (under its numerous names) the service overall doesn’t seem to change that much, always feels slightly disjointed, like something is missing. The staff are always polite and helpful, the costs of treatments and general health are astronomical nowadays, which is disappointing to see. Loyalty doesn’t seem to be rewarded, and with hygienist bills nearing £100- it’s getting harder to justify being a regular patient. Something has to change in my opinion.
