As a new patient it's really comforting to be treated so well right from the start. Staff at Vida from booking on the phone all the way to the dentists chair have been extremely helpful and understanding getting me seen for an emergency appointment at short notice. I'm an extremely nervous patient but they reassured me and explained everything that was going on including the next steps in my treatment and how we can manage my phobia! Access and parking is easy and the practice feels very modern, clean and well presented. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area!

Had a really good experience this time with Nida who was very happy with the progress I’ve made to my gums which have thankfully stabilised. Nida is wonderful, so friendly, warm positive and really understanding around anxiety.

My wife and I have been treated by Vida and earlier by John MacInerney for many years and have always received excellent treatment. Recently, appointment punctuality seems to have improved.

Upper left 8 tooth extraction. Having taken advice from Claire I met with Jamie to discuss a sedation. Everyone involved took great care with me, and I was made to feel very comfortable.

For a very nervous patient, I felt that James put me at my ease straight away. He was very gentle and patient throughout the procedure. I immediately felt at ease as soon as I entered the surgery with the receptionist staff, I would recommend anyone to go to VIDA, and I will certainly not be nervous to have another extraction. Attended appointment to discuss treatment plan and best way to move forward as very nervous! After discussing, I left feeling very comfortable and positive having had everything explained and ready for the treatment to begin!

Excellent service and treatment from receptionist, dental assistants, dentist (Konstantinos ) and hygienist (Nida). They are gentle, professional and take time to give positive advice on the care of teeth.

My dentist Marcin and assistant Stacy where amazing.very professional and caring. Amazing job and still more to go. But made very at ease. The whole place including reception staff all very friendly.

Over the weekend I had terrible toothache. On Monday I phoned for an appointment and was fitted in the same day, even though this was the first time I've used this dental practice.
At reception I was met by Anna & Louise, both very friendly and helpful.
I saw James who was friendly and knowledgeable, he examined and x-rayed the tooth. Then explained the options and costs involved & booked me in for the next day.
On Tuesday I saw Marcin and Stacy, again very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Marcin explained what needed doing to fix the pain & the cost. But that I would need to see one of the practices Endodontic specialists to complete the root canal treatment.
Stacy checked that I was okay, several times during the procedure, very reassuring.
At every stage I was put at ease & felt relaxed. I'm so glad to have found this dental practice, excellent service all round.

I had an extraction of a large molar today at this practice. The process was painless, James is very professional, explains clearly the treatment plan. Five hours later only a slight ache.

Excellent hygienist and treatment. Full explanation of treatment to be done before hand and aftercare.
