I've had an excellent experience at VIDA Dentistry so far. The staff are wonderful, always friendly and welcoming. I'm able to book dentist appointments within the same week, and I've never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes to be seen.
I appreciate the consistency of seeing the same dentist each time I visit. My dentist, James, is exceptional and highly knowledgeable. I thought I would need to have my tooth extracted due to a filling that was done incorrectly multiple times at my previous practice. However, James was able to redo the filling and restore the tooth.
I used to dread going to the dentist; it was always a stressful and disappointing experience. At my previous practice, I would have to wait months to secure an appointment and then wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen.
I would highly recommend VIDA Dentistry to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and high quality dental service.

Examination
I was very pleased with the examination carried out on my visit to VIDA. Clare listened to my explanation of what was going on with my teeth, and what I wanted to achieve going forward. The results of the examination and x-rays and, the options available were carefully explained to me, and a plan developed in detail, and agreed, which gave me great confidence in the treatment. My visit was arranged on the same day that I called for an appointment, and the plan starts the day following my visit, so everything is being actioned very quickly, to fit in with our plans of going away in August.
All the staff were polite and friendly, and I was made to feel welcome, even though this was only my second visit to this surgery.

Dentistry at its best where the patient matters.
I have been a patient for many years, McIinerney, now Vida and never had to complain with the treatment and always treated with respect. The staff are always polite and friendly.
