A modern, customer-centric practice that I feel genuinely care and are proactively looking out for my dental health. Special shout out to Louise who has been with the practice for decades and is so reliable and efficient with organising appointments and e-receipts, and to Dr Britton who has done an amazing job with the practice since taking it over and is always generous with her time and energy and clearly enjoys her work. Also, during COVID it was the most organised and strict business I dealt with, which I really liked - it was probably the last place in Fareham that you could catch anything!

Vida Dentistry is an outstanding practice and the whole team is very friendly and professional. James has been my dentist for years and is an excellent dentist who I would highly recommend. I always feel very confident with how he deals with my treatments. My latest treatment was a wisdom tooth extraction and James made it as comfortable and painless as possible. Visited a few weeks ago as a very anxious patient, had my first treatment a couple of weeks ago. I was reassured from the moment I stepped in the reception door, to the treatment room,. I was feeling a bit daft about the anxiety, but was soon put at ease by all. Very good service.

What a lovely little practice with amazing, friendly staff! Louise has been a friendly face for as long as I've known the practice and Abi is always willing to go above and beyond to help with queries whilst showing kindness and compassion when nerves hit - always a pleasure to walk in to see her friendly face! The dentists themselves are reassuring and very patient which is very much appreciated when anxiety hits everytime you sit in the chair! The hygienists are also amazing! I suffer with really painful sensitive teeth when cleaning but Sue took a very personalised approach with me which allowed the clean to happen with 0 pain at all - definately given me faith back in attending hygiene appointments!
Would 100% recommend this practice to anyone who finds visits to the dentist difficult.

I’d like to thank James for previous treatments and my new temporary crowns. I’m so happy with them and can’t wait to see the end result! He referred me to Antonios Glynis (Endodontist) who performed 2 pulpectomies before James prepared and fitted the temporary crowns. I’ve had an initial appointment with Marcin and plan on
starting Invisalign treatment (and teeth whitening) in the next few weeks. It’s a long process but will be well worth it and I can’t thank James, Antonios and Marcin enough for being professional, friendly and transparent (and John for his advice on implants which I didn’t need and has saved me a fortune). Thanks to the receptionists too for being polite and friendly.

We have been with our dentist James Pugh for many years and since he moved to Vida in Fareham we have continued to be a patient, as have our entire family - despite the the 55 miles / 90 minutes round trip - which in itself should speak volumes of our views about him and Vida! Also my wife has recently had to undergo root canal treatment with a crown and was seen by Vida's specialist, Antonios Glynis, and like our views of James Pugh - total perfection by every single measure. If it is possible to say it is a pleasure to attend a dentist - this practice certainly is including with all members of their kind, caring staff!

I was so desperate for an emergency appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. I had unbearable pain. I was asked to come 1 hr after i called. The procedure was so fast yet the dentist was so gentle and explained everything step by step

I am a new patient at VIDA Dentistry and I'm a bit of a project after several years of putting things off. I have received brilliant care and been put at ease. I haven't felt any pressure, I've been able to book appointments at my pace and had everything explained to me clearly. I recently had some treatment and was worried the next day that I wasn't feeling right. When I contacted reception, Abi phoned me straight away and I was seen within an hour by my dentist Kostas, assessed and reassured. I was given antibiotics in case I needed them, which I haven't needed. My young children are also with the practice and we're all very happy with the care we receive, everyone is lovely. Thank you for making our dental appointments a positive experience.

I signed up to VIDA Dentistry recently and was very pleased with the experience. It was easy to book, with registration possible completely online, and very fairly priced. The dentist and hygienist I saw were both very friendly and they talked me through potential work that might be needed in the future without pressuring me to agree to anything there and then. Having a tooth extraction for the first time , the doctor understood my anxiety around the whole experience. I have absolutely no pain or inflammation after the procedure . I recommend this dental cabinet . Overall clean and tidy and the staff is very helpful . The fact that they called the next day to ask me how i feel , it's speaks volume on customer support .
