I needed to have a tooth extracted. I was put in the capable care of Marcin, who was very confident, professional and quite amazingly took time to put me at my ease. He has advised me on my options for me permanent replacements which I which I am taking into consideration before making a final decision . Covid precautions were well established, and other staff members were very helpful and friendly. I recommend highly.

Due to the current pandemic, I have been unable to use my usual dentist some 70 miles away. So, recently when a problem developed with a tooth I called Vida and booked an examination.
I was really glad that I did, as the service from all the team was exceptional!
I was a little nervous due to the current health pandemic, about what was involved but soon realised, I was in safe hands and even managed a hygienist appointment the following day.
I have no hesitation in recommending Vida and will continue to use them going forward, for all my dentistry requirements.

Prior to attending an emergency appointment at VIDA, I would never have considered describing a visit to the dentist as fantastic! I was in constant pain as I needed to have a tooth extracted. I was put in the capable care of Marcin, who was very confident, professional and quite amazingly took time to put me at my ease. He has also set out a treatment program for me regarding my dental wellbeing which I don't feel at all apprehensive about completing. Covid precautions were well established, and other staff members were very helpful and friendly. I recommend highly.

I first went to Vida around this time last year as I had concerns that my front tooth was loose and that I would loose it.
With the help of Martin dentist and the hygenists who have taught me how to take care of my mouth properly my gums are healthy and there is a marked improvement in the stability of my front tooth so fingers crossed.

I’ve been a few times now to VIDA since I moved to Portsmouth from London and have an ongoing gum issue which I felt wasn’t being taken seriously enough by my last dentist/hygienist. Everytime I’ve been DR Marcin Dylag has been extremely patient and kind and really makes you feel like he wants to help you. I’ve had nothing but excellent service. I’m an extremely nervous patient who suffers with extreme PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks so it makes such a an enormous difference when you’re put at ease.
I also have to add that dental Nurse Katie is an absolute gem, I had a filling for the first time Saturday and I’m not sure I would have been able to do it if it hadn’t been for her and Dr Dylag. She was so lovely and patient and calmed me down enormously just by chatting to me. I’m so thankful I joined VIDA and I look forward to them helping me achieve my goals with my teeth and gums.

I came to Vida to have a wisdom tooth removed and was really impressed by the service I received. I am a very nervous patient and was exceptionally worried about coming to the practice during a pandemic but was made to feel very welcome and was put completely at ease throughout. The tooth extraction was very quick and painless, the dentist and the nurse were very patient and made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my treatment. I was particularly impressed by the level of cleanliness at this time, and had no concerns at all, impressed by the lengths of protection and cleanliness that had been gone to to keep patients and staff safe. I will definately be coming back to the practice, and thank you to all the staff for looking after me during my visit.

My 10 year old son chipped his front tooth really badly and we were so pleased to be sorted at Vida Dentistry yesterday. I can’t recommend them enough. We were nervous with Covid concerns but they have thought of every precaution to keep you safe. Waiting in car, not meeting any other patients, dentists/ support staff in excellent ppe. The dentist did an excellent job on his tooth and I am really pleased with the result. No hesitation in recommending to anyone and in fact am even taking my ‘high risk’ mother-in-law to Vida next week to sort out a filing she needs sorting.
