This was my first filling for many years and I was nervous. The dentist took great care in explaining the procedure and carried out very slowly, asking me if I was happy for her to proceed at every stage. She was very pleasant and caring through the whole process.

My son was very nervous about having his tooth extracted and needed inhalation sedation. From the initial consultation through to the extraction, James was patient, kind, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to talk my son through everything and explain what was going to happen, which helped calm his nerves a lot. The extraction went smoothly and was completely successful. We’re so grateful for the care and support James showed.

Making the right decision

From start to finish, my experience with VIDA Dentistry has been excellent. The whole team is incredibly professional, thorough, and clearly knows what they’re doing. Emergency visit
Marcin saw me at 2.30 after I had called that morning after being woken up in pain with a throbbing wobbly tooth. He took X-rays and discovered I had an infected tooth. I was so worried about losing the tooth which didn’t have to happen. On antibiotics now, feeling relieved. Face is swollen but in a few days it should improve. He was caring, professional and sympathetic and understood my concern about the tooth. I was so anxious when I arrived, I left feeling reassured and grateful for such lovely care. I’m 73 and have been a patient here for many many years. Everyone is very kind and caring.
