VIDA Dentistry

My children and I have been patients now for several years, the service and care we have received has always been excellent but I felt compelled to write to praise how well they have handled our care during the pandemic. Like all dentists Vida was forced to close its doors however they did not stop caring. We were kept regularly updated via email and when my young child experienced toothache I was relieved to discover they were offering video consultations. The booking process was simple and I’m pleased to say the video consultation was thorough, informative and reassuring. With all of us adapting to a ‘new normal’ whilst also looking to reduce unnecessary travel it is wonderful to know that Vida are utilising technology to improve access to dental care and advice. If you have children I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vida, both of mine will happily sit for an examination with the friendly dentist and the hygienists are brilliant educators too. My mother in law is over the moon to have found you! after all these years! Thankyou for doing such an amazing job! If you want to invest wisely go to Vida as they give you proper advice, saving you a fortune in the long run- a job done well works better than a job done poorly which needs repeating. They may cost more but it actually works!!! Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

Was relatively easy to find, everyone I saw was very polite and friendly and seemed to give good solid advice on what my options were, eveery question i had was answered with a good comprehensive answer. I will be happy to go back for my second appointment. Thanks

Had a small chip in my front tooth from years ago. Never really bothered me but the dentist said it can be easily fixed. Did it yesterday and now keep staring in the mirror being vain. It is an AMAZING job. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

I chose VIDA after reading many reviews of dentists around the area, after being let down so badly by my own dentist of many years. I'm so glad I chose them. They are so friendly and informative but most of all they have sorted out all of my issues. Jamie is excellent and made me laugh at the most awful of times. I doubt many people can have a chuckle when they're having a very painful abscess sorted out but I laughed out loud! Intan is a wonderful hygienist whom I trust implicitly and is so thorough. I feel totally comfortable with them both. They explain everything and happily answer any questions no matter how daft i think they are, and they are really conscious of nany nervousness and pain worries. You will never have to worry about anything hurting you, their so understanding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone at VIDA is smily and lovely, from the moment you arrive, and they can't do enough for you. The equipment there and their knowledge, is state of the art and they are brilliant at what they do. Thanks to their skill and advice, I am delighted to say that my oral health is exactly where it should be. Thank you for everything.

First visit to Vida today. Cannot praise them too highly. I went knowing a tooth had to come out and they were all really calming, kind and professional. No pain whatsoever. Happily went shopping afterwards. Best dental practise I've been to and I've been to a few over the years.

Recently moved to VIDA from an NHS dentist and now wished we had done so sooner. The service is brilliant, the dentists walk you through your check up and explain everything and the hygienist is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Having had a bad experience with dentists in early life I have always had a fear of going. However my experience at VIDA in Fareham was better than i dreamed possible. Every care and consideration was given to me and my extraction was as comfortable as I could have hoped for. I hope that this review will help anyone else who has a fear of attending appointments some confidence to go for it.

Nice premises.

Super friendly service, High professional. They work to a very high standard and explain everything and go the extra mile and take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would :-D

About as far (positively) away from an NHS provided hygienist as you could imagine.

The whole process was completely professional from arriving in reception to paying and leaving. The hygienist was informative throughout, regularly advising on what was happening and what the numbers being 'called out' were.

If I could afford all dental care to be provided through this private practice - it would be an incredibly easy decision.

Due to previous experience I was very nervous about the tooth removal I was coming in for. Jamie was not only accommodating but did his absolute best to make me feel better which worked perfectly. Come to the end of the procedure and I am extremely happy with what he has achieved, Jamie is a brilliant dentist and I would wholly recommend him to any potential customers who aren't sure if this is the place for them!!! cheers mate :)

Brilliant dental practice. I joined Vida having been an NHS Bupa patient for a long while. I saw Claire for all of my appointments and she is excellent. She has great attention to detail and is very diligent in making sure everything is exactly as it should be. Overall I couldn't be happier and would recommend Vida without hesitation.
