This is a very 'peaceful' surgery. The dentist I saw Claire Britton was pleasant, welcoming and had time to explain proposed treatment and answer questions. My same day visit to the hygienist was equally as pleasant. This is a progressive proactive practise that I would recommend.

I have never been in a more clean dentist surgery. The whole place was spotless. Made you feel like you were going to receive a great service, the moment you walk in the door.
The reception staff were very welcoming, and made you feel comfortable as you wait. They had chocolate, orange juice and water for free whilst you wait, also (probably best to leave the chocolate till after your appointment).
The actual appointment was impeccable as well. The dentist and the assistant nurse were very friendly and made you feel comfortable. I don't get nervous at the dentist, so can't comment on whether they made uneasy patients feel at ease. But the dentist was very gentle as she looked inside my mouth. Afterwards she gave great detail on my options.
I didn't hesitate in joining their monthly dental plan, as the whole first experience was great. I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to going back, because no one 'likes' going to the dentist. But I simply cannot fault the place

Well i never thought i would say it about a Dentist but WOW !! what a great Dentist. So kind and helpfull, everything was explained in detail, from begining to end. All members of staff that i met were very friendly. Can not fault the cleanliness 5 * Every aspect was great. Thank you

I'm a new patient at VIDA. I've just come back from my appointment with Sami during which I had an extraction for which I was very nervous. Usually I feel miserable before during and after a dentist appointment after some bad experiences in the past elsewhere, but Sami and his assistant made the experience much much easier and despite a bit of normal discomfort during I feel confident that I have had amazing treatment and been given good after care advice. He talked me through everything he was doing, was reassuring and eased my nerves with a chat before proceding with the treatment. Previously I was assessed by Jurgita who recommended the treatment and I have complete trust in the consistent team. Would recommend VIDA to anyone who wants to have their dental health taken seriously. Thank you very much!

Would like praise Karen my hygienist, she has been looking after my teeth for many years and helped me understand how to use my tepees and what suitable toothpaste and mouthwash to use. She is always very understanding and full of beans. Great practice.

I have recently joined their Denplan Essentials service. This is such good value and saves any worries over payments. The team give such a professional and caring service. My comfort and welfare are always paramount. They always have time for me and my teeth. I would certainly recommend Vidal for all age groups.
