Very good, but I had to wait a long time, due to two adults and two children before me.
I was concerned as I can’t leave my husband too long, due to a lot of falls.

Hygienist appointment
Pleasant receptionist. Peter the hygienist put me at my ease, he was friendly and efficient and I am glad I have found a hygienist I have confidence in.

Ferndown Dental Practice
Ferndown Dental Practice are always great, easy to schedule appointments, from phone calls to even through email.
The receptionist is always kind and helpful, and always really patient with me and my anxiety.
The dentists are always great, I feel more comfortable with female dentists and they always accommodate this. Also patient and although the checkups are quick, they feel thorough.
However at a recent appointment I sadly waited for about 40 mins in the waiting room. I understand that appointments can run over but I was using my lunch break from work and this made me late back. I understand how difficult the pressures are on healthcare right now, but maybe alerting patients if there is a long wait would be helpful as I would’ve arrived later.
Apart from this, I’m very happy with the service I receive.
