On Monday 20th March I was told that everything was ok and come back in 6 months, the following Sunday night I had rampant toothache and 2 days later told there was a lot of infection, given a prescription and referred because of medication I'm on.

6-monthly checkup
Excellent service as usual for my 6-monthly checkup. My dentist Ali gave me full explanation during my checkup and what work was required this time and an appointment was made! I always feel at ease when going to this practice.

Appointment
My appointment was at 13:30, I arrived 10 minutes before and there was no one at reception until just after half past. I was then waiting for another 20 minutes to be seen, as my dentist had not yet arrived at the practice. The practice does not have hours that work very well for me as I work 9-5 and therefore I have to go to appointments on my lunch break- I almost had to reschedule my appointment because of how late the dentist was getting to the surgery.

I used to be anxious and nervous going to the dentist however I cannot more highly recommend this surgery in particular Ali Mairaj dentist had tooth out today never felt a thing he is so professional and reassuring I would also like to recommend Peter Sparks hygienist his attention to detail and expertise also last but not least the nurses and receptionist all so pleasant and helpful.
