So kind and patient

The dentist I had this time was excellent, she was so kind and patient and paid so much attention to save my tooth. The dental nurse working with her was also lovely.

My experience

I had wait for half an hour past my appointment time. I arrived early so that I was there on time for my appointment. This is not the first time that there has been a significant delay.

My experience

I’m sorry but the check up was not thorough and was very quick. No check for jaw alignment, mouth cancer or even pocket diameter around teeth. I asked for the latter but it was not recorded for individual teeth. Surely this is important to see how this may have changed. Also she wanted to put some composite at the bottom of 2 teeth but our previous dentist said this is not a good thing to do. Sorry but not impressed.
