The friendliness and the professional way everyone is, personally I don't like dentists but I need to visit one now and again and I really don't mind coming to yours as I said, it's got lovely people that make you feel at ease so thank you for all that you have done for me.

Considerate and professional

I had toothache last Friday (result of a broken tooth two years ago) and when I phoned at 8 am on Friday the receptionist was very helpful and fitted me in for an emergency extraction on Monday morning. I saw Paulina the dental technician who was also very helpful, considerate and professional. The tooth was extracted with the minimum of fuss. Thank you.

How polite the staff are and how gentle Peter the hygenist is. I have been to many hygienists and it's always been very painful because of sensitivity but not anymore.

Friendly greeting from receptionists on arrival. Short waiting period. Forthcoming treatment discussed in appropriate manner despite disagreement on the amount of treatment required. Cost of treatment not mentioned.
