I arrived early in time for my dental appointment and was waiting about 30 minutes, when my name was called another lady in the waiting area stood up and went in, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the wrong patient had gone in, he went to speak to the dental nurse and then came back and told me they will see the other lady first and that I must wait again. After 50 minutes of waiting with a tired and hungry baby I finally went in for my appointment which was rushed through.

I saw the most lovely dentist today.
I had a wisdom tooth removed at the hospital a few months ago and have been left with a lot of pain on that side of my face and in a few teeth.
The dentist I saw was very sympathetic, knowledgeable, friendly and offered me lots of advice to help me.
The receptionist staff were really helpful and very friendly too.
Overall it was a lovely experience and I appreciate the advice, thank you!
