Only downside is the waiting time every appointment has at least 25min wait even if you arrive on time.

Ishmael, the dentist, took time to explain what was going on with my tooth and how it would be treated if needed. As a very nervous patient this goes a long way in helping me.

I received excellent treatment. From the reception through to dentist (who made me feel very relaxed). I was having an extraction and it was not a scary or traumatic experience at all thanks to the relaxed atmosphere.

Talked me through every step
I am very nervous of going to the dentist but my dentist and assistant were very kind and helped me relax as I had a very difficult tooth that had to come out. I could not thank them enough. Talked me through every step. Thank you again.

My experience
I'm a very nervous patient and had put off a tooth extraction in favour of being sedated elsewhere but it got to the stage where I couldn't wait any longer and the dentist was very patient with me and did everything possible to put me at ease and get it done for me. Thank you.
