Waited 55 minutes to be seen from my appointment time with no prior communication from the reception team.. considering I also had my 18month child with me there was no apology or communication.

We always try to accommodate patients that need our urgent care at short notice, although given the nature of the job, sometimes things can run behind.

Recently had treatment from Hamed Esfahani. Find him very pleasant and approachable. He takes time to explain details of treatment and ensures that you are comfortable and happy with the procedures.
