The dentist I see is absolutely fantastic

The dentist I see is absolutely fantastic, he makes me welcome and feel as ease. I'm never worried about a thing, he is the only dentist I have been to where I do not need morphine before I go.

Good service and everybody is very friendly. The only bad point is the waiting times. The dentist has been running 20-30mins later on my last two visits

Wonderful helpful receptionist. Mehran my dentist and Tracey nurse both excellent, every step of treattment explained thoroughly including the fees. Highly recommended.

Great service

Great service from both the reception staff, dentist and assisting nurse. The only reason to not give a 5 was over 2 appointments I had to wait a total of 50 mins over my appointment times. Maybe this is a sign of a popular and successful practice!

While I like the dentist as he is professional and friendly the delay from my time of appointment to being seen was a disappointment. If I had other appointments on that day I would have had to cancel.

Over the last two years this place has been a disgrace. One dentist was absolutely appalling. However my last visit was completely different. Staff were polite. My new dentist was friendly and professional. A massive turn around.

Dentist and staff are great. Waiting times are the only thing that puts me off . Was seen 40 minutes after appointment time , not at anytime did reception staff advise that they were behind. This happens most times that I have been.
