I cannot fault the way I was treated

I rang to ask if there was an appointment as I had tooth ache and I was given an appointment on that day. I cannot fault the way I was treated by my Dentist and staff.

Clearly cares about her patients

My last appointment seemed very quick but the dentist herself is very professional, making me very welcome and clearly cares about her patients. The work she done for me last year, I was very pleased with.

I never have a long wait

Waiting room always clean and tidy. I never have a long wait before seeing the dentist or hygienist.

I scored low as I had to wait over half an hour for my appointment however the dentist I saw was great... I would have scored her 5!

We try our best to run to appointment times, but unfortunately it is not always possible when we have emergency appointments that need to be seen on the same day.

Dental appointment

Nice to see not all dentists are the same, previous practise that my family were at insisted I needed a filling, it was not an NHS repair and would cost between £250 and £500.
I was told on Friday by Viola a filling wasn't necessary!!
