I saw Dr Palmer today for the removal of my fixed retainer as it snapped over the weekend. I was made to feel welcome by Chloe on the reception. Dr Palmer was very reassuring which made me feel at ease and the process was pain free. The practise is very clean and inviting and I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Marvellous! Each person in this practice shows a commitment to excellent patient care. I have had 3 treatments thus far and, while I don't pretend to find them enjoyable, I can honestly say the experience is much more bearable because of the gentle professionalism practiced by Cliff and staff.
