Finkle Hill Dental Care

Having not been to the dentist for over 20 years, I was very apprehensive about my first appointment. I needn’t have been. Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly. From my first appointment with Chloe, my hygiene appointment with Serena, to my latest appointment with Clare, I have been made to feel at ease. Everything is explained step by step. I’m now excitedly waiting for my Invisalign journey to begin!
I honestly can’t recommend Finkle Hill enough!!

I have lengthy procedure over a number of months at Finkle Hill. Every time I visit everyone is so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place without hesitation!

Fitted me in at shirt notice which was really great. Treated well & advised of options going forward. Not pushed on marking decision straight away the options are left to me to decide when & what to choose. Liam always makes you feel really relaxed.

Everyone I dealt with at this practice were friendly, caring, professional, courteous and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Explained what they were going to do and what they were doing as they were doing it. Gave advice on further treatment with detail of why it was needed.
Definitely recommend this practice.

I must be honest that I don't relish the thought of going to the dentist. It's not that I am anxious about any procedures. Dentistry has become so advanced since I was a child, having had many of my teeth filled without any real justification, other than the dentist wanting his payment from the NHS! However, I was long overdue a dental review and cracking a tooth over the Christmas period, prompted me to attend.
The initial review for new patients allowed (brave) Lauren to take a 3D image of my mouth, totally painless, and discuss options for improving my teeth profile and more importantly what was required more urgently.
I have to confess, I was expecting the ‘hard sell’, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was guided through the options and totally left to consider such options for either now, never or in the future.
I then met with Dr Cliff, who was desperately trying not to find too many complications with my thoroughly neglected ‘chops’ and I felt totally at ease.
For those concerned in returning to the dentist after some neglect (like me), there was no huffs, tutts or disapproval. All members of staff were extremely welcoming and professional. As visits to the dentist go, it was a satisfying experience. Thank-you!

Highly recommend this dentist. I travel for 1 hour to have my treatment done by Cliff Palmer and I have had lots of work done on my teeth from crowns to new bridges He is an excellent dentist.

The team at Finkle Hill are all lovely. Felt totally looked after throughout the treatment. Claire makes you feel completely at ease.

Had a filling put in it was the easiest and pain free that I have ever had done. Dr. Palmer is the best dentist I have had do work for me.

Cliff is wonderful, I was a nervous patient but he talks me through what he is going to do and really puts me at ease. I have gone from a nervous patient to one happy to get into the chair.

I have used Finkle Hill dental practice for over 25 years from being a child, Cliff is absolutley fantastic, very understanding and concsiencious of individual patients needs/fears etc, he will talk through everything in great detail and you never feel a pain for asking too many questions, as an anxious patient this really helps me a lot. What he has done with the refurbishment of the practice recently is brilliant, it’s very smart and modern. All the members of staff i've met and come into contact with over the years are all a credit to the practice, very helpful and friendly. I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Kelly, my hygienist is brilliant very friendly whilst professional and informative.
