Went for my first appointment today and was very impressed. Very friendly dentist and reception staff.
Prompt and efficient sign up. Really nice practice too. Clean and nicely presented. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to finkle hill and I was extremely pleased with my experience. The receptionist is always really welcoming and my dentist was friendly, attentive and put me at ease throughout the procedure. I used to really dislike going to the dentist, but can safely say its not a displeasant time now. Thanks again, would highly recommend to anyone!

I’ve been with Finkle Hill for many years now and never have cause for complaint. I had a hygienist appointment with Serena and a check up with Liam. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.

I have never felt so at ease and comfortable at the dentist before. I have a very big fear of the dentist and as a result, i have put off going for so long. I finally got the courage to go to Finkle Hill after hearing such good praise from a friend and i honestly only wish i would have gone sooner!

Highly recommend for extremely nervous new patients

Having previously only ever experienced 1970s inner city school dentistry/butchery which unsurprisingly put paid to any subsequent visits, to say I was somewhat apprehensive is a massive understatement. I was terrified but in so much pain (toothache for four months) that I eventually plucked up courage and went to see Stephen.
He was very sympathetic and immediately put me at ease(ish). Due to 40 odd years of total neglect I needed lots of treatments. Over several weeks I’ve had two root canals, an extraction, fillings, crowns and lots of tidying up etc and I’m now sorted!
I can honestly say that the fear of pain is far, far worse than any actual pain. After my initial toothache problem was addressed I could easily have stopped any subsequent treatments but by then I had confidence in Stephen and completed all my treatment plan.
Before each treatment started he explained everything he was going to do, any noises that were expected and everything about the procedure. He puts some magic gel stuff on your gums so you can’t feel the needle, and once the anaesthetic kicks in, you just open your mouth, close your eyes and let him get on with it, occasionally doing a thumbs up when asked if everything’s ok.
I would urge anyone who’s nervous to go and see Stephen. It’s really not as bad as your long standing outdated fear is.

Outstanding all round!!I had a lost tooth filling which looked unsightly. By chance I was working for Stephen and he slotted me in. What a great friendly surgery. Stephen did a fantastic job no pain very caring and shaped the tooth. He was always checking I was ok as I am a bit of a scaredy cat. I am thrilled highly recommend Finkle Hill. 10/10

Always a pleasure to visit Finkle Hill! ...... Seriously, it really is!
I had a major session with Serena, much needed and she was very kind and gentle with me. No pain and lots of distracting and interesting chats. Cliff popped in to check up on me, just love this service!
