Staff were very helpful and hygienist's treatment was very thorough. Only criticism was the length of time receiving prescription for anti-biotics (non-penicillin) but received it eventually.

Thank you for the feedback about access to emergency appointments. We do usually have emergency appointments every day but on this occasion we had a training day and the practice was closed. Patients were contacted earlier in the week to advise them but I appreciate pain can sometimes come on quickly and it may not have been possible to predict. Glad we got you sorted by Monday.
