My experience
The level of service is very good however the price is very high and I never receive the full allotted time, so feels even more expensive. Appointments are never on time.

Thank you for leaving honest feedback. I'm pleased you are happy with the overall quality of the experience. We do appreciate the fees can feel expensive, especially if you have received subsidised NHS care in the past. Sadly the funding for this does not cover costs of a single high street practice and it was not sustainable. I'm sorry you feel you have to wait too long. We do give all patients the time they need to listen to their problems and find the right solutions so they don't have to come. We appreciate this sometimes means you may have to wait a little, but we feel the quality of care is more important. If you have a time you need to be away, do let us know and the team will work around you. Thank you.

Check up experience
I had a check up followed by an hygienist appointment all which ran smoothly and on time. A new appointment is required for a filling two days later.

A lovely, relaxed atmosphere
All staff are kind and chatty. This makes a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The Dentist is very professional whilst being kind and thoughtful, putting you at ease. Always explains the treatment to be carried out.

A chipped tooth
Probably the best experience I have ever had at a dental surgery - came with a chipped tooth expecting to be booked in for another appointment, left half an hour later with a mended tooth. Really appreciated how reassuring Dr. Palmer was and how much care was taken to give the filling a nice finish
