I am a very nervous patient and have lots of gum problems. The treatments have received from my dentist and hygienist were fab - reassuring, positive and kind. I have finally found an understanding practice.

Best dentist I have ever had
Dr Will Shaw is exceptional. I wish I had found Ancells Farm Dental Clinic years ago! Dr Will Shaw is the best dentist I have ever had by a very long way. At first I was so nervous but the team are always so lovely and calming, now opting for extra dental work really does say it all. I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Amazing staff
For the first time ever I walked into the dentist calm and composed.
Being a lady of advanced years I have always dreaded dental visits, memories of the old days. But all the staff at Ancells Farm Dental Clinic are amazing. Friendly, calming, caring and explain every stage. Very reassuring! My husband was amazed at how calm and unstressed I was this morning going to my appointment. Jay is an amazing dentist! I thoroughly recommend him.

Wisdom tooth extracted
It was my first visit to Ancells Farm Dental Clinic and the whole experience was excellent. I get very anxious in the dentists chair, but Dr William Shaw was very sympathetic and assured me that I would not feel any pain. I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and I did not feel any pain whatsoever. He said if I felt any pain, to raise my hand and he would stop what he was doing. Although I find visiting a dentist generally unpleasant, he made the whole experience as best as it possibly could be. I felt reassured and would not worry about visiting this dentist again. From my experience, I would highly recommend this dentist.

Check up
For someone who doesn't like going to the dentist, my visit was tolerable due to the staff but particularly the dentist himself who made me calm and talked me through the process even though it was only a check up.

My husband and I have been patients for many years now and have always received excellent care. Between us we have had extensive treatments and as a result, now in our late 60’s, can both smile with confidence and a full set of even, white teeth!!!
