Calm and reassuring
An Incredibly Positive Experience for a Nervous Patient.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 9 years, and as someone who’s always been extremely nervous about dental visits, I really wasn’t looking forward to it. But from the very first phone call, I felt completely listened to with zero judgement about my anxiety or the time since my last appointment.
The actual visit was so calm and reassuring. Kenneth was kind, gentle, and put me at ease before I even sat in the chair. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my dental health and routine, offering expert advice on small tweaks I could make to better care for my teeth and gums.
The check-up itself was pain-free and, again, completely free of judgement. Before I left, we put together a clear and manageable care plan.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first visit.
If you’re a nervous patient like me, I can’t recommend Kenneth and the team highly enough!

Care and sensitivity
Excellent service always. Saw my husband same day, nervous patient, looked after him with extreme care and sensitivity. Explained everything clearly, excellent facilities and access, plenty of parking for someone with mobility issues, have to travel a little but absolutely worth doing so, receptionist was very polite too. Thank you

I stay with this practice because I am quite a nervous patient and their thoughtful and caring approach really matters to me. True- dental care is expensive but it is a priority to me to have good dental health. I cannot recommend them strongly enough
