I had a new patient exam with Dr Shaw. I felt very nervous before the appointment but there was no need to be. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, I think Chloe was her name. Dr Shaw was very professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending the practice.

Everything is explained in detail
You are welcomed with an instant recognition of who you are and a beaming smile. Everywhere is neat clean and tidy. The decor is calming.
All the staff are welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Everything is explained in detail and constant reassurance. I am so grateful that we joined this dental practice and cannot recommend it highly enough. My thanks to all the staff.

I would say Ancells Farm Dental clinic have not only given me the confidence to go to the dentist but the confidence to smile again, I underwent extensive work with Will Shaw to have all my old crowns replaced & composite bonding on all my teeth, to say I was frightened was a understatement but Will explained every stage & filled me with confidence, Ruby, dental nurse, is so kind & constantly reassuring and Emily, dental hygienist is also very kind & patient, I can’t believe I actually went through the work I had done but am so pleased I did, it really has changed not only my smile but my self esteem,
In fact all the team are lovely, always a smile & a chat. Thank you to all of the team

David carried out my extraction and I have to say he was amazing! Considerate, empathetic and explained the aftercare needed - would highly recommend, never a nice thing to have done and he made it as good as it could have been.
