Limewood Dental Care

What can I say . My first visit to this practice due to not having an NHS dentist in the practice in Rhyl . Managed to get sn appointment with only around a 3 week wait . My first appointment was 23/10/2024 to see Pav and his Dental Nurse sorry unsure of her name . First class service from both and Pav explained in simple terms what had been done and what needs to be done . I then re booked an appointment for a filling and met two of the most pleasant and helpful admin staff Chris and Sue who did there best to get me another appointment without having to wait many weeks . An appointment was made for the 31/10/2024. Within 5 minutes of leaving the practice I had a phone call to say that a space had come available for the 24/10/24. Attended this appointment to see another dentist and dental nurse sorry unable to remember the names but again both brilliant and clesr communication . An appointment had already been booked for me for 12 months time by Sam one of the other receptionists who again was brilliant as was the male who also served me . What can I say I have had bad experiences with my last dentist but on firdt impressions with this practice all is good and I will be staying with them. Who ever the owner is I would just like to say on first impressions what a brilliant individuals you have working at your practice who seem to put patients first and are always ready to answer questions and help and a thank you needs to be passed on espescially to the admin staff as I can imagine they get some unpleasant individuals being the first port if contact .

I have been a patient at this practice for years, albeit under different names.

The experience I've had since its change to Limewood has been brilliant, the dentists and nurses have all been super friendly and have answered all my questions.

Lucy was amazing with my 12 year old daughter who has been traumatised by a previous tooth extraction. Kind, warm, and understanding but firm and honest. It was exactly what she needed from her dentist. Great plan for future treatment. My daughter is genuinely engaged and willing to do what she needs to do, to get the beautiful straight white adult teeth she wants. Highly recommend

Just wanted to leave a review because of the fantastic level of service I have received. Last week I broke my tooth eating , I got into a NHS wait list but the pain was too much I decided to look for private. I called on the Friday & they fit me in same day for a temporary filling, and back in the next week for a full filling. Extremely helpful and very professional. Thanks very much for your help, would recommend

Was in today and was seen by Gabriela who was really lovely,was made to feel at ease as I am a nervous patient

I have been with Limewood since they took over from Bupa, they are brilliant. My children really like their dentists and very comfortable having work done. I have had tooth extractions and fillings and they take their time to make you feel as comfortable as possible. All staff are informative and the reception are lovely (always try to accommodate your needs).. wouldn't go anywhere else! Best dentist in the area! (I am happy to travel from Rhyl)

Visited the practice with a nervous friend. Charlie was so informative regarding the options available. State of the art practice with a top class team of professionals. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Recently joined limewood & im so glad I did. I’m an anxious patient and had to have 2 teeth extracted. Reception team who greeted me were excellent. I was seen by dr steph loke who was great. Her happy, upbeat personality put me at ease & she was very reassuring and very informative. Just wish I’d have made the decision to join sooner! Thank you to all at limewood dental 😃

Really lovely clean practice with extra friendly staff.

Relaxed reception with friendly chatty staff. Treatment room was even more relaxed, screens on wall and ceiling showing calming videos. Dental staff kind and friendly too. All in all for someone that has anxiety around dentists it was a calm and dare I say but enjoyable experience.

Great service from every person we came into contact with from the first enquiry, where we was given our options and recommendations to the appointment date by reception staff and by the dentistry team themselves. Was kept up in the loop inbetween with reminders.

Charlie the dentist was fantastic, explained everything in detail, made sure i understood everything. He took the time to ask and really listen about my concerns to which he gave great guidance and advice. I also learnt some interesting things about swords, really hope it comes up on the pub quiz.

The hygienist was also fantastic, squeezed me in just before her Friday dart. Was super helpful and did a great job.

Can not fault a thing. Great team.

Our first visit and found the team very understanding and helpful, our grandchildrens usual dentist could not see them so we tried limewood and everything was quickly sorted, very impressed and pleased

I am a new patient to Limewood Dental Care.
On my first visit I was greeted by a lovely friendly Reception Team.
The Reception seating area is so nice, clean and bright with chilled music playing which is very relaxing while waiting to be called in for my appointment which was not long to wait at all.
My appointment is with Dr Massi. He immediately put me at ease. I explained my passed experience with a previous dentist which left me a little nervous but I did not need to be at all. I felt very calm in the chair. Dr. Massi did a thorough examination of all my teeth and mouth. Xrays done and he explained in great detail a plan going forward to treat my teeth. He is an extremely skilled dentist and my first two treatment sessions I did not feel any pain. I still have more treatment to complete but so far all is good. I feel very reassured and confident Dr Massi will look after my teeth with treatments I need in the future. He has so much knowledge in the field of dentistry and endodontics.
Also wanted to mention Isra who I had a hygiene appointment with. She was great and the dental nurses are lovely.

Been a patient here now since February and I can honestly say they have restored my faith in the dentist. id had a few bad experiences in the past and had developed a lot of anxiety but this has been eased.my dentist khaleda with tish is lovely genuinely makes you feel comfortable and explains everything an excellent dentist.the hygienist Neil is also lovely very gentle and caring. well done.

Dr Masai is an excellent dentist - he identified I was grinding down the enamel on the top of my front and bottom teeth. He recommended a treatment of composite restoration to protect and prevent more grinding. The treatment was completely painless and was not uncomfortable at all. Plus my teeth and smile are now straighter and look a lot better! :) Dr Masai explains everything clearly and he is supported by the wonderful Kaci
