Great service. All very efficient and friendly. The dentist took the time to fully explain what was going on inside my mouth before explaining my options. Recommended. :)

Cannot recommend this dentist enough. Had broken my tooth on Saturday and called in first thing Monday morning to try and get an appointment. I was expecting to wait at least a week or even more before I could get in. I spoke to 2 lovely ladies, Anita and Chris on reception who were extremely helpful. They managed to get me seen straight away as they had a cancellation. The dentist who I seen was called Neil who was an absolutely lovely man. A real credit to your practice.
Called in at 8.30am and was out by 9.10am with a fixed tooth. Thank you so much!

Lovely decor, waiting area very bright and cheery! Reception is very professional, receptionist's are very polite and helpful! DrJohn Wilson my dentist was very thorough and explained things clearly , did fantastic examination of my teeth and gave me great advice on how to look after them and how to improve my procedure for better care for my teeth!

Friendly and expert service. Options and costs were given before treatment. Dr Massi was very informative and explained each step of the procedure. The treatment was painless with constant checks if I was OK to proceed or needed a break. The staff are very friendly and caring. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Khaleda and Meg were absolutely brilliant. They made me totally relaxed with their approach and as a nervous patient I really appreciated that. Khaleda is a very knowledgeable dentist and gave me lots of tips for developing a good dental routine! Thanks so much both and well done Limewood Dental!

I'm a fairly new patient at this practice, it's a little out of the way where I live but, cost wise, so much more affordable to the dentists I've previously registered in my area - I just couldn't justify previous prices it was ridiculous. Staff wise, all the staff I've had interactions with have been so lovely, welcoming, chatty and make me feel comfortable. My dentist John has been brilliant. I've seen him on a number of occasions, more recently to become a teeth whitening patient. Again, really nice chap, always happy to listen to any questions I have. Their social media is brilliant with how they advertise and introduce new staff - I haven't seen anything like it ever, elsewhere! Being registered to a dentist has always been a priority for me, when I lived in Swansea I was registered with my local dentist for over 20 years, they were fantastic and I was sad to leave them when I moved up to N. Wales, I'm so glad I've been able to find a dentist that gives me the same 'homely' feeling. I know when I come to this dentist, I get first class treatment, every time :)

The care I received at this dentist is second to none. I had a stubborn root that needed extracting which I was dreading. Massi did the procedure with care and skill, causing little discomfort. He was amazing. I can’t thank the Limewood dental team enough. Thanks Massi !!

Khaleda and Vicky were fantastic, attentive and really made me feel at ease! I came in for a crown and was one of the most pleasant dental experiences I have ever had. The practice itself is very nice and modern, and I was well impressed with the equipment they have, with scanning of the teeth and the machining of the crown, it was like being at some sort of futuristic dentist :) Would definitely recommend!

I can say with all honesty limewood clinic gave me the best possible experience with care and attention to my needs , a big thanks to Dr Charlie ding , your a pro and a genuinely real nice guy that goes out of his way to help , I can't thank you and your staff enough .
