First visit,and as I’m a very nervous patient and a bit apprehensive was not looking forward to going,but once there everyone was so helpful ,All the staff were so friendly and welcoming.The professional way they went about their work was impressive.

My first visit with John Wilson resulted in an issue, John clearly explained the options with the pros and cons. The procedure was literally painless with excellent post procedural care advice. I am pleased with the final result, and hope that John will be able to look after my teeth for many years ahead.

Had my first appointment today and dare I say it was the best experience of going to the dentist I have had. I was in with John and Kaci and they were both lovely, professional and respectful (I highly recommend these if you want a thorough check up and future treatment explained) not to mention if you need putting at ease as I have had bad experience with previous dentists in the past.. however, not with these. I think it's fair to say I will no longer be stressed going to the dentist. The receptionists are also lovely, so 5 stars for Leanne and Cari too.

Erin was amazing with my son during his appointment he was very anxious about having treatment but Erin talked him through it step by step! Happy mum happy son, outcome achieved and made a very pleasant experience by Erin for him! Could not recommend her enough. Thankyou!

Extremely bright and hygienic looking practice with very pleasant and professional staff in all areas. Every step of the treatment process was explained fully and Charlie welcomed questions and discussion regarding any concerns and decisions which arose. The investment in equipment and technology is amazing and Charlie made full use of this to make the treatment as quick and painless as possible as well as to highlight the eventual outcome.
I have total confidence in Charlie and the rest of the staff and would fully recommend the practice to anyone looking to register with them

Had a clean and polish with the dental therapist Neil, who was absolutely excellent. I have really sensitive teeth on one side and he totally looked after me. I was considering canceling my dental plan but so happy with the care that Neil and Seren took that will carry on with having the clean and polish. Anyone who is concerned about this procedure I would highly recommend Neil. Very professional team.

I have real fear when going to the dentist due to past experiences. Erin and the other dentists at limewood are so understanding and careful with me, my recent cleaning was for the first time a much more normal experience. Receptionist are lovely. Highly recommended and a huge thank you to Erin and Kaci!!

I am terrified of the dentist and I had the lovely Erin (therapist) and Sam (nurse) and my appointment was for 50 mins. I had my teeth cleaned and a Filling. It was the most relaxed I’ve ever felt at the dentist ever. I left there with zero anxiety…. Which is a first. Thank you ladies! Xxx

Yes, unfortunately (for my wallet) I did have to go private (or join their 12-18 month waiting list) after another dentist in Flint denied I had been on their waiting list for almost 22 months. But hey ho, that's how it goes sometimes.
I personally could not wait any longer and once I made the decision I was seen almost immediately.
I do not regret it. Not for a single moment.
My dentist is Dr John Wilson and I cannot praise him and his team enough. I am a very, very nervous patient, panic attacks and tears, and on occasion uncontrollable giggles but that is only when he sings!
Dr Wilson talks to me like I matter, completely understands my irrational fears and was impressively patient with me on my second visit when I 'lost it' and had to take a moment, quite a long moment to compose myself (as were his team).
I think it's also important to mention that even though I am paying private fees there are absolutely no sales pitches. He tells it like is.
*This is what you need right now.
*This is what you can live with until you no longer can.
*This is what could be done, eventually, should you wish to make it more
cosmetically appealing.
What more could you possibly want from your dentist.
Honesty, complete professionalism, kindness, patience and a sense of humour........the singing being an unexpected bonus!! 😉
The practice is easy to get to, beautifully presented with plenty of parking. Staff from start to finish are courteous, friendly and always professional with a smile.
Thank you Dr John Wilson and your team and the Limewood practice for restoring my faith in dentists and alleviating my my fears.
