Limewood Dental Care

After worrying about getting my records sent from nhs and getting enrolled i had a phone call of Emma the lovely receptionist who promptly got me sorted in a very professional manner. Look forward to finally getting sorted. Very impressed with Emma she went fully out of her way to make sure I was dealt with properly and gave me all the info I needed after nobody else in nhs had answers. Many thanks

Mary and the lady who did my filling today were absolutely fantastic! I’m a nervous wreck with the drill. But they were both so reassuring and understood my anxiety. She did a cracking job too! The reception staff are so lovely too! Very helpful and patient with me because I’m not tech savvy. Would definitely recommend this dentist x

Had to visit "Limewood Dental Care" today for emergency treatment,i have to say this is the best dentist i have ever visited, unfortunately i do not know the name of the dentist i visited but he was very calming along with the lady who was his assistant, i would very highly recommend Limewood Dental Care, thank you Limewood

Being dental phobic for years with intravenous sedation with the NHS I found Limewood and couldn’t be happier! They put me so at ease that I now have no sedation and am able to attend appointments with no anxiety and even had a tooth out with local! Pav and Charlie are amazing.

Just registered with Limewood and had my first check up,
I was very impressed by the dentist John Wilson and his assistant who attended to me, very professional, i felt at ease straight away,
very thorough and clear regaurding examination and explaining treatments and pricing,
The receptionists also were so polite, courteos and friendly,
It felt more like a Bupa clinic, immaculate, modern and state of the art.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first class dental service all round. 10/10.

Had a filling with Neil today. He is perfect if you're nervous like me. I go to Neil every year for a clean and he always does a lovely job. It was the best experiences of having work done and cant thank him enough for his patience with me. I think Neil should get employee of the mont, if Limewood do such a thing. He goes above and beyond to put you at ease and you leave wondering why you were even nervous in the first place. I met Jess today, she was Neil's assistant/dental nurse. I can't thank her enough either. She also helped me feel calm and was the lovely little face with a smile, passing me tissue whilst I dribbled my mouth wash haha and helping me remain calm by talking to me too. Neil and Jess? Thank you for today, it truly won't be forgotten.

Amazing !!!! Nervous patient first dentist visit in 36 yrs. They were wonderful. From lovely Sue on reception to gentle dentist who removed wisdom tooth causing excruciating pain. 30 mins in and out...this is how dentist should be. 5*...A1...First Class practice. Thank you so much Limewood.

Very happy with the service at this dentist. 18 months ago a rear upper molar was aching and I was seen 3 times over about 10 days by a really thorough female dentist ( I forget her name) who advised that the tooth was slightly cracked but the main issue was my nocturnal grinding of the tooth, so I had the tooth smoothed down and was given useful advice which helped a lot, including a check over by the lead dentist to ensure they had done all they could, so very thorough and clearly explained. Fast forward to last week and I was pretty sure the filling in the same tooth had broken, so I was booked in to see a dentist called John. I went in at 9.30, he examined the tooth and said the actual tooth was cracked in half, so had to be extracted. I had the process explained and then two painless injections before the tooth was quickly and painlessly extracted in about 2 minutes at most. A checkover, care advice and I was paying at the counter at 9.44! It's now 4 days later, I'm healing well with no issues, and was amazed at the speed, care and professionalism. Thank you to all the team, from reception to the dentist and dental assistant, it couldn't have been an easier experience to go through. I think they thought I was a bit mad as I was so pleased to have the extraction, but it really was a no hassle experience!

Just attend Limewood Dental for the first time and from meeting Emma the receptionist to seeing seen by Gabi it was a very smooth friendly experience.

My first visit to a dentist in well over 4 to 5 years. Nhs. Nervous was a understatement. But Dr pawel novak was incredible. Unfortunately the nurse and secretary names I have forgot but all I can say it ( they are amazing). Now second visit ( tooth extraction) Nervous yep full blown anxiety attack yep. But Dr pawel novak is simply incredible from the moment I stepped in till I left he was calming and constantly reassuring me. Also had a good laugh at the end.

Nurse vicky was such a lovely person again making sure im relaxed constantly talking with me.

Honestly linewood for my experience ( someone with extreme anxiety) is incredible a proper run dentist that values all patients.

I have just had my first visit to Limewood Dental Care, in Flint. My initial dental check-up was carried out by Tarrika and Jess. The reception and treatment room are modern and clean and there is even a TV overhead for patients to watch whilst having their treatment.
Last year I was involved in a serious RTC which left me with multiple injuries and BPPV/Vertigo symptoms from a head trauma. Tarrika and Jess were already aware of my conditions as I had already completed a pre-visit form online. I had to be reclined and raised slowly to prevent dizziness and sickness. They were patient and ensured my safety. Although I didn't require any treatment at this time, I was given great advice and details of the various options for other dental restorative, cosmetic, and specialized procedures.

All of the staff I met and spoke with at Limewood Dental Care are friendly, welcoming and caring - Tarrika, Jess, Sue, Tanya, Anita and Emma. Good parking and clean waiting room. I can highly recommend, thanks again. Sean

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dentist explained all my options, and told me exactly what would happen during my appointment. Very clean surgery. Fitted me in for an emergency extraction the day after I rang.

To Dr Massi Sarogni and the dental nurses who assisted, a massive thank you. Not forgetting the lovely reception staff who have always been very pleasant and helpful as well. My implant journey began in June 2025 and although it's taken about 8 months to complete, it's been totally worthwhile. Massi is dedicated to providing a professional service and correct treatment. He took time to explain various options to me and then work out a schedule of treatment which included a bone graft. Throughout the process I felt I mattered and was listened to. Massi has totally restored my faith in dentists and I will highly recommend him and Limewood Dental Care to everyone. This treatment will have a positive impact on my life and I am very grateful. Once again, thank you all.

This place is amazing! My first appointment I had 4 children with me, wasn't a problem whatsoever, all the staff I seen were amazing, the dentist I seen told me to bring all of them in, not to worry, such a relief instead of leaving them in the waiting room. My 2nd appointment the staff members I dealt with were, Maddie, Freya, Kay, Vicky, Anita and Emma, I could not praise these members of staff anymore, I had my baby with me and she was a bit whingy as she was tired, and the staff offered to rock her in her pram whilst I was having treatment. It's made my experience a lot less stressful when there's such lovely kind staff working here. Thank you!
