All the staff are lovely, very polite. I saw Mr Massi who was great very informative. Then I went to see the hygienist, best clean I have ever had. Mr Omo and Vicky were amazing!
Another day another procedure. Deep root canal treatment. Gabi my dentist had such a steady hand I didn't feel the injection then spent 40 minutes with no discomfort, no pain I even hummed along to the music
Her dental nurse Georgia was also great. Amazing experience!
Another trip to see Massi. Well what can i say . Very clever man who takes such pride and is very passionate about his work. Perfectionist. Totally 5 star plus. i am thrilled with the outcome. All the sraff are amazing thank you. I am one very happy customer!

Erin and Georgia were both fantastic with our daughter. She was incredibly nervous about having treatment and both were brilliant in the way they calmed her down and explained about what they were going to do and encouraged and praised throughout. I can’t rate them high enough for their brilliant customer care

I was a very reluctant patient but today I had my confidence restored. I needed a very awkward temporary filling done. Erin was the dentist in charge. She treated with kindness and she talked me through what was being done all the time. She also did a great job and will br my dentist of choice going forward. The reception team very helpful too.

What a pleasant experience! After having bad experiences in the past with other dental practices, Limewood in Flint, are highly recommended. From Anita and her reception team, to Omotayo the Hygienist, and Lucy my new dentist (Lucy you are a star). I honestly cant fault any of them. I have never felt so at ease for a dental visit. All of the staff are so nice and friendly.

I had a great experience at Limewood Dentist with Charlie. I was able to get a hygienist appointment the very next day which was great, no waiting around, which was brilliant. The practice is easy to find, has great parking, and offers manageable monthly payments, which really helps. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is genuinely lovely. While having my teeth cleaned, I could even watch relaxing TV on the wall, it made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to have a tooth extracted this morning, Sue greeted me happy and helpful as always, I was treated by John the dentist and Hannah the nurse. I was made to feel welcome and Hannah helped me into the chair and took my walking sticks from me. John explained the plan of action and the risks associated with a tooth extraction .My tooth was whipped out swiftly, with precision. It was over in a matter of seconds. Thank you all for the wonderful service today x

If I could give 1000 stars I would. After 25 years of bad dental experiences, Dr Massi & Kaci reversed all my fear of dentists in 30 minutes. I never thought being talked through an extraction could be so calming, but Dr Massi has a way of making you feel so comfortable! As soon as I got in my car, I cried - from pure relief of never having to go through a traumatic dental experience again. Thanks so much to all the staff but Dr Massi & Kaci especially on this occasion X
